2024 AHCA Silver Award – The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program is a progressive, three-step process that encourages the continuous learning, development, and execution of integrated quality systems to achieve performance excellence. Each progressive step requires a more detailed and comprehensive demonstration of quality integration and performance. The criteria for each step is based on the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program.
American Health Care Quality Initiative Recognition Program Achievement TIER IV – The Quality Initiative Recognition Program is designed to recognize AHCA nursing center members that demonstrate the attainment of one or more of the four AHCA Quality Initiative goals:
- Safely Reduce Hospital Readmissions by 15%
- Increase Staff Stability by 15%
- Increase Customer Satisfaction to 90%
- Safely Reduce the Off-Label Use of Antipsychotics by 15%
State of Missouri Deficiency Free Rating on Annual Survey in 2011, 2013 & 2014
All nursing homes are inspected annually to evaluate services and renew state licensure. Unannounced, surveyors come in to interview, observe, and check records for at least four days. If each of the hundreds of regulations are met , the nursing home is awarded a “deficiency-free” survey.
